Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is seeking a store manager in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. You will lead a team to improve customer service, supervise daily tasks, and coordinate hiring, evaluations and scheduling with the management team.

You will also oversee opening and closing, maintain a clean store, uphold the company image, and train staff. The role emphasizes customer interaction and strong leadership for a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in retail industry; training offered if no management experience.
• Experience in retail management is a solid asset.

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to carry out, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance evaluations or planning team's schedules;


• to see to the opening and closing and to ensure that the store is well run and clean;


• to contribute, in collaboration with the management team, to maintain a commercial image that respects the Jean Coutu Group standards;


• to see to the training of employees under your responsibility.

If you don't have management experience:

• but you have a proven track record in our industry... We will train you;
