Job summary

Allmepp is seeking an Assistant Manager to support planning and managing human, material and financial resources in-store. You will lead the team, ensure top-quality customer service, and uphold safety and hygiene standards while maintaining a positive shop atmosphere.

You will oversee daily operations, assist with training, supervise equipment, and participate in cash handling and scheduling. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail

• Experience leading customer service teams.
• Ability to supervise staff while upholding company standards.
• Willingness to assist with store training and operations.
• Capable of supervising equipment and handling issues promptly.
• Experience with cash handling and financial transactions.
• Ability to distribute tasks and prepare work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and empower the team with regard to customer service.
• Supervise the employees’ work with respect to company standards.
• Help with store and ice-cream parlor training as and when necessary.
• Supervise use of equipment and know how it works in case there are any problems.
• Take part in opening and closing cash registers and all kinds of financial operations (balance the tills, give change, etc.).
• Take part in task distribution and preparing work schedules.
• Maintain compliance with the Chocolats Favoris concept and standards.
• Ensure that company standards with respect to quality, hygiene, maintenance and health and safety are understood and adhered to.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
