Job summary

Marche Emily Philip Desmarais inc. in Saint-Lambert is seeking an assistant department manager to help run daily operations, support the department manager, and deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers in a fast-paced environment.

What might a typical day look like?

As an assistant department manager, you will have to :

• perform day-to-day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager;
• provide team members with the feedback necessary for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives;
• collaborate with the production and customer service clerks; - Ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service
• in collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness;
