What a typical workday looks like

With your manager's support, you will ensure the store runs smoothly and that your team provides excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Sales:
  • Optimize store performance and profitability with management support;
  • Train your team in customer support and sales techniques;
  • Analyze sales results and develop strategies for improvement;
  • Schedule staff efficiently based on performance;
  • Communicate sales goals and motivate your team to meet them;
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and explain product features;
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations.
Human Resources:
  • Create a positive work environment fostering pride and belonging;
  • Promote our vision, mission, and brand culture;
  • Lead by example and demonstrate leadership;
  • Build a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and development;
  • Manage work schedules and absences;
  • Participate in performance evaluations;
  • Schedule team members based on performance and traffic.
Marketing and Visual Presentation:
  • Know all products and their features;
  • Create an inviting store environment using planograms;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors;
  • Build customer loyalty and showcase the brand;
  • Assist with order planning and visual displays;
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization;
  • Collaborate with mall management.
Administration:
  • Analyze reports to improve productivity and sales;
  • Open and close the store;
  • Manage expenses effectively;
  • Follow policies and procedures;
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

This is a permanent, full-time position.
