Job summary

Subway - 15742-0 in Amherstburg is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach a team of 4-12 members. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, supervise food preparation and service, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
