Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Whistler is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to oversee the Guest Services department, driving guest satisfaction and smooth operations across Valet, Bell Services, Shuttle Operations, Ski Valet, and Bike Valet.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and maintain the highest service standards while coordinating with other departments to enhance the guest experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Property Management System (PMS) required.
• Strong guest service-orientation and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Guest Services team to engage guests and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee arrival and departure experiences across Valet, Bell Services, Shuttle Operations, Ski Valet, and Bike Valet.
• Maintain high standards through coaching, inspections, and performance management.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments.
