Job summary

GoodLife Fitness Canada is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates, own the new member experience, and act as a strong team builder and fitness educator.

You will onboard and coach staff, educate the team on sales and relationship building to grow memberships, and support the General Manager in day-to-day operations while upholding our core values.

This role includes a base salary, bonuses, and a competitive total rewards package with a free fitness membership.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Who is an Assistant General Manager?

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
