GoodLife Fitness in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and develop a club team, onboarding new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals.

• Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company
• Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
