You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
