Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates, drive new member engagement, and ensure a superior member experience at the club.

You will train and coach staff, oversee onboarding, and support daily operations while upholding our core values and promoting health and fitness throughout the community.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Who is an Assistant General Manager?

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
