GoodLife Fitness Edmonton is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales-oriented team and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will onboard, train, and develop staff to help members achieve their health goals and drive memberships and revenue.

You will support the General Manager in daily club operations, while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. A competitive rewards package and career growth await the right candidate.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Who is an Assistant General Manager?

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
