GoodLife Fitness in Canada is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will onboard and develop staff, coach performance, and take ownership of the new member journey while supporting Club operations.
You will train your team on sales and relationship-building, drive membership growth, and contribute to the club’s financial health. A passion for health and fitness and proven leadership are essential.
Who is an Assistant General Manager?
The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
