Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of sales associates, focusing on onboarding, coaching and ongoing development to deliver exceptional member experiences. You will own the new member journey and support the General Manager with daily Club operations.

## **ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER****Who is an Assistant General Manager?**The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
