Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in Brampton is seeking a retail leader to assist the Front Store Manager (FSM) in managing human, physical and financial resources. Focus will be on improving product flow from the backroom to the sales floor and achieving store objectives.

You will work with the Management Team to uphold store standards, manage labour scheduling, and ensure adequate staffing while driving customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience
• Proven ability to drive the business and support corporate programs
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience and store profitability
• collaborates with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• Assists with labour scheduling and uses Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to operate the business
• Supports hiring in conjunction with the FSM and helps with wage administration
• Leads by Shoppers Drug Mart core values and fosters staff development
