Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across Gulfstream, Café Quattro, Banquets and Hampton Breakfast Room. You will support the F&B Manager in achieving financial targets, brand standards, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, staff development, and collaboration with department leaders to drive service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Serving It Right Certification required.
• WSET Wine Certification (Intermediate) or equivalent considered an asset.
• Experience with restaurant and hospitality systems including Squirrel POS, OpenTable and Moneris is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on leadership during service periods and assist with floor operations when required.
• Ensure service standards and brand expectations are met across all outlets.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist with planning and execution of banquets and special events.
