Job description

Our mantra has always been the same - to approach cannabis in a socially responsible manner, ensuring we provide our customers with the best products, information and service to guide their cannabis experience. We're avid learners, caring community members and changemakers, committed to bringing on passionate people who lean into this industry with enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn - and we like to have a little fun along the way. These concepts are reinforced by our Core Values: Accountability, Community, Innovation and Service.

The Role

The Assistant District Manager helps lead a district - typically under 20 stores - with more hands-on guidance and support than a standalone District Manager role. You coach Store Managers, drive standards and results across your stores, and keep the district compliant and well-run. It's a role built for a strong multi-store leader growing into full district ownership. (Store counts are guidelines; exceptions apply based on market and store complexity.)
