Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Langford, BC is hiring an Assistant Department Manager for Produce. You will lead a team, coach and mentor staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while managing daily operations in the produce department.

The role requires open availability for 40 hours per week, Food Safe Certification, and a passion for great food and customer service. We offer weekly pay and competitive benefits, with opportunities to grow within Western Canada's largest grocery retailer.

• Previous retail or customer service experience (considered an asset).
• Passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.

• Using knowledge of the community, competitive environment, and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business.

Compensation Details:

$19.25 - $22.60

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
