Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities Edmonton is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to lead daily operations and support the Branch Management and Advisor teams. The role includes handling client account activity, compliance, and coordinating with internal departments.

You will train staff, manage facilities and equipment, and support branch technology. This full-time, salaried position requires strong English communication and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

• Help facilitate branch and bank partnering events.
• Handle branch technology access, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Provide back-up support for branch operations and technology specialist.
