Founded in 2012, we now employ more than 170 people who work on our diverse and exciting projects in the greater Montreal area, including:
Take charge of the preparation, improvement and/or revision of asset management reports and other reports for investors. Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial results of properties, identify areas for performance improvement and make recommendations for changes:
Review and comment on rental agreements and submit recommendations for improvement where appropriate:
Manage the annual property appraisal process. Take charge of the property tax management process:
Participate in the improvement of new work tools related to budgets, financial forecasts, reporting to internal/external partners and KPIs for operating and development properties. Collaborate with colleagues from other teams to ensure achievement of shared objectives (leasing, operations, accounting, construction, etc.).
Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English. Technical expertise in financial modeling and analysis. Intellectual curiosity and initiative. Attention to detail, rigor and ability to synthesize. Creativity, ingenuity and autonomy. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relations.
