McElhanney Ltd. in British Columbia seeks an experienced Asset Management Lead to join our team. You will guide asset management strategies, data-driven analyses, and lifecycle planning for municipal and infrastructure clients, aligning governance, risk, and performance with client needs.

You will work across asset data, planning, GIS, engineering, and finance teams to deliver practical, defensible recommendations and implement impact-focused solutions across the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive asset management experience in infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of LOS, risk, lifecycle, financial planning, and capital prioritization.
• Hands-on experience with asset inventories, datasets, models, and decision-support tools.
• Experience working with municipalities, Indigenous communities, government bodies, or utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of asset management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Conduct asset management maturity reviews and governance assessments.
• Develop and refine LOS, performance measures, and service-delivery objectives.
• Provide advisory services to clients and translate objectives into practical programs.
• Prepare lifecycle investment models and long-term infrastructure investment scenarios.
• Collaborate with GIS, engineering, planning, and data teams to integrate information.
