Job summary

EY in Vancouver is seeking exceptional leaders to help grow EY’s Asset Management and Pensions advisory capabilities. You will lead client engagements, shape strategic outcomes and drive transformation journeys across front, middle and back offices for asset managers and pension funds in Canada.

The role emphasizes driving proposals, stakeholder management and team development, with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions in a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years track record leading projects in asset or investment management
• Experience leading sales collateral such as proposals
• Strong business writing, presentations and stakeholder management skills
• People coaching and mentoring experience
• Extensive experience of project and programme delivery
• Deep understanding of wealth and asset management market trends

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements, overseeing planning, execution, stakeholder management and strategic outcomes
• Lead business development initiatives including proposals and scoping documents
• Mentor and manage team development and coaching
• Oversee engagement finances and resource allocation, ensuring profitability and risk compliance
