  • Participate in field investigations, site inspections, construction services, and regulatory approval processes to support successful project delivery.
  • Support and progressively lead project management responsibilities, including project administration, stakeholder engagement, and client coordination.
  • Contribute to business development activities through proposal preparation, client meetings, relationship building, and identifying opportunities for new work.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, with a focus on water-related disciplines.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a consulting engineering environment.
  • Registered, or eligible for immediate registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia.
  • Experience in storm, sanitary or water network modelling and civil infrastructure design.
  • Project management or coordination experience, including exposure to project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client engagement.
  • Experience or interest in business development, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
