Position Overview:

The Asset Management Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for overseeing and reviewing the quality of IT technology asset management processes throughout their entire lifecycle. This role ensures that all processes are followed correctly, and that assets are managed efficiently and effectively to support our customers' needs and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze asset information and reports to determine the overall suitability and health of assets.
• Ensure compliance with established asset management processes and standards.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify discrepancies and variances in asset records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to asset management and improve process efficiency.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and best practices for asset management.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to ensure optimal asset utilization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assets and their lifecycle events.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on asset management activities and quality assurance findings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT asset management or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IT asset management tools and software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for asset management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
