Our valued client is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Jira and Zephyr.

Initial 6-month contract with high possibility of extension and/or permanence. 100% remote (EST hours), as client is based in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components.
• Has knowledge and been part of different types of testing including:
• Functional Testingto validate business processes and system functionality.
• Smoke Testingto validate basic system functionality post-deployment.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)support and coordination with business stakeholders.
• Performance Testingto evaluate system responsiveness and stability.
• Penetration/Security Testingin coordination with security teams to identify vulnerabilities.
• UseJirafor defect tracking and sprint planning; useZephyrfor managing and documenting test cases and execution cycles.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of testing results, issues identified, and resolution steps.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices across the Salesforce development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years' experience as a QA Analyst
• 1-2 years' experience focused on Salesforce testing
• Proficiency withJiraandZephyrfor test management and defect tracking
• Strong knowledge of various testing types including functional, regression, smoke, UAT, performance, and penetration testing
