Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Asset Intelligence to help customers adopt asset intelligence solutions. You will partner with operators and IT leaders to integrate live equipment data and ensure measurable ROI from predictive maintenance.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, industrial IoT, and data analytics. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering to shape how customers use and benefit from Asset Intelligence

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or similar B2B SaaS role.
• Experience with enterprise accounts and complex implementations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and understand maintenance objectives.
• Define success metrics and ROI for asset intelligence solutions.
• Educate customers via demos, trainings, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Monitor adoption, reduce churn, and drive renewals.
