Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, seeks a senior ML engineer to design and deploy fault-detection models for industrial assets. You will work with time-series data, vibration signals, and OT streams to produce production-ready solutions that scale across operations.

You will collaborate with product teams to validate hypotheses, define success metrics, and influence platform architecture while maintaining high standards of software quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with focus on condition monitoring or ML.
• 5+ years of proven programming skills using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize machine learning models for fault detection and classification end-to-end.
• Perform EDA on vibration, OT and time-series data to uncover insights and identify patterns.
• Conduct experiments and evaluation of various algorithms on time-series modeling, signal processing, and statistical methods.
• Partner with PMs in product feature discovery and roadmap prioritization through validating product hypotheses.
