Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Asset Intelligence to help industrial and frontline teams adopt our asset intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with operators, reliability engineers, and IT leaders to integrate live equipment data, connect OT systems, and ensure measurable ROI from predictive maintenance implementations.

Qualifications

4+ years in Customer Success or similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
Experience supporting enterprise accounts with complex implementations and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with IoT sensors, machine data, OT data sources is a plus.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI."
Strong communication and presentation skills, including to executives and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor, build deep relationships, and understand customer objectives in maintenance and reliability.
Drive value realization by defining success metrics and ROI, reviewing KPIs, and guiding renewal strategies.
Educate customers through product demos and trainings to maximize adoption of Asset Intelligence features.
Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to address issues and relay customer feedback.
