Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Readiness Analyst to ensure asset data integrity across divisions within the Digital Supply Chain. You will perform data verification, asset monitoring, and support activities that optimize supply chain operations.

Responsibilities include asset audits, data reconciliation across systems, coordinating with Deere dealerships, and maintaining data cleanliness for transfers, sales and rentals. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Located in Calgary.
• Proficient in data management and Excel.
• English as a first language.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to divisions as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial asset audits and prep asset lists for installation and tracking.
• Verify asset data during installation and throughout the process.
• Maintain data cleanliness for asset transfers, sales, and rentals.
• Coordinate installation windows with Deere and dealers.
• Develop SOPs tailored to field, fleet, and agronomy needs.
• Support the field in maximizing use of JD Ops Centre and Samsara.
• Transition divisions to Sustainment Lead after monthly data verification.
• Provide feedback on defects or enhancements.
• Foster relationships with division and branch personnel.
