Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Readiness Analyst to support a leading agriculture company in Calgary on a 12-month contract. The role combines data analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and readiness activities with 3 in-office days (Tue-Thu) and remote Mondays and Fridays.

You will work with large datasets, validate asset data, and leverage Excel and Power BI to drive operational improvements. Travel to North America about 10% and collaborate with field teams, branches, and project

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in coordination, analyst, operations, supply chain, asset management, or project support.
  • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, reporting, asset inventories, or master data management.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience using Power BI for reporting, analysis, and dashboards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across field and corporate teams.
  • Experience with John Deere Operations Center and Samsara is a plus.
  • Asset tracking, fleet management, or supply chain technology experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure asset data accuracy.
  • Create reports and navigate Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with field teams, branch personnel, division administrators, and project stakeholders for readiness activities.
  • Support change adoption and deployment readiness across the organization.

Insight Global is seeking a Readiness Analyst to support one of the world's leading agriculture companies on an initial 12-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. You will work 3 days per week in office in Calgary (Tu-Thu), and work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Travel across North America would be required 10% of the time.

The team of 5 plays a key role in improving asset visibility, tracking, and data integrity across multiple business divisions through the implementation of supply chain technologies and asset management solutions. This individual will serve as the primary resource for a designated region, partnering closely with field teams, branch personnel, division administrators, and project stakeholders to ensure asset data is accurate, validated, and ready for deployment activities. The role combines data analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, project readiness, and change adoption support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, collaborating across diverse business groups, and driving operational improvements within a large enterprise environment.

Skills and Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a coordination, analyst, operations, supply chain, asset management, or project support role.

  • Experience working with data validation, data reconciliation, reporting, asset inventories, or master data management.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience using Power BI for reporting, analysis, and navigating dashboards.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across field and corporate teams. - Agricultural industry experience or experience supporting large, multi-site operational organizations.

  • Experience with John Deere Operations Center.

  • Experience with Samsara.

  • Asset tracking, fleet management, or supply chain technology experience.
