The University of Alberta is seeking an in-person instructional support role based at North Campus, Edmonton. The successful candidate will provide assessment and feedback support across two undergraduate engineering courses with a combined enrolment of more than 900 students.

You will work closely with course instructors and teaching assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality feedback on assignments and support high-stakes assessments tied to accreditation requirements.

Location - This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus, Edmonton.

This role provides assessment and instructional support across two required undergraduate engineering courses with combined enrolment of over 900 students. The successful candidate will work closely with course instructors and teaching assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality feedback on student assignments, with a particular focus on high-stakes assessments tied to program accreditation requirements. This role is best suited to a candidate who already has direct familiarity with the structure, rubrics, and grading standards, along with relevant industry experience, and who is comfortable supporting both instructors and a distributed team of graders in a fast-paced, collaborative teaching environment.
