This role provides assessment and instructional support across two required undergraduate engineering courses with combined enrolment of over 900 students. The successful candidate will work closely with course instructors and teaching assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality feedback on student assignments, with a particular focus on high-stakes assessments tied to program accreditation requirements. This role is best suited to a candidate who already has direct familiarity with the structure, rubrics, and grading standards, along with relevant industry experience, and who is comfortable supporting both instructors and a distributed team of graders in a fast-paced, collaborative teaching environment.
