The University of Alberta Careers is seeking a Student Services Advisor for a term of one year plus a day, with the possibility of extension. This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person work, primarily at North Campus, Edmonton.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Services, the advisor provides undergraduate Engineering student services, administers admission and transfer credit processes for domestic and international applications, and offers academic advisement including first-year.

• Provide academic advisement for undergraduate Engineering students, including first-year
• Evaluate academic standing and facilitate convocation procedures within the Faculty of Engineering
• Work independently within the student services team and contribute to service, enrollment management and community outreach goals of the Faculty of Engineering
