What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll work hands-on with new equipment that ships directly to our global customers. This is collaborative, precision-driven work where your contributions are visible, valued, and vital. You’ll:

• Assemble mechanical sub-systems that form the bones of our packaging lines
• Build and test full systems from engineering drawings and schematics
• ️ Wire and configure electrical panels alongside experienced panel technicians
• Prep materials, stage parts, and maintain shop flow to keep us moving smoothly
• ️ Support continuous improvement, helping us get faster and better without sacrificing quality
• Learn advanced skills like Lean Manufacturing principles, BOM interpretation, and pneumatic/electrical integration
