Our fantastic industry-leading client is seeking a skilled Assembly/Manufacturing Technician. This opportunity is starting out as a temporary assignment of 4-8 weeks with the enticing prospect of transitioning into a permanent position for the right candidate.

If you are adept at micro-assembly of small parts, have a keen eye for detail, and have experience in soldering, then apply today!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembling a variety of parts (mostly micro-assembly)
• Soldering as required
• Carefully measuring materials
• Curing of adhesives
• Troubleshooting where needed
• Keeping track of inventory
• Ensuring all projects are carried through safely and accurately

Qualifications:

• Able to pass an RCMP criminal record check
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

Experience:

• A minimum of 2+ years of micro-assembly/manufacturing experience is required
• Previous soldering experience required

Base Salary: $18 – $19 per hour

Work Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 8AM – 5PM

Additional Notes:

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
