Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to solve problems and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with mentorship ability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an on-the-job training program to deepen knowledge of store functions.
• Support achievement of sales goals, expense management, and customer service excellence.
• Learn store reports, budgets, and policies; oversee assigned areas and routines.
• Organize teams, recruit, train, and coach Coordinators and Store Associates.
