You will lead operations across merchandising, service, and loss prevention while driving sales and controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Able to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving.
• Recruit and develop Associates; mentor and lead a positive, engaging team experience.
• Communicate and execute plans for projects, targets, and store changes; support succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense and customer service targets; oversee loss prevention programs and store layout improvements.
