Winners in Thunder Bay, part of TJX Canada, is hiring Retail Associates to welcome customers, assist with purchases, and maintain a clean, inviting store. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities in a diverse team.

You’ll engage shoppers, handle cash, and support backroom operations while you learn through our development programs. Successful candidates will be at least 18 years old and may receive store discounts and access to family assistance resources.

• No prior experience required; training provided.
