You need to be comfortable with using or working with horror elements and all that genre entails (nudity, gore, "mature" visual research material, etc.). Of course, you must love to create horror settings, to support the mood /ambiances of the game, have a result-oriented mindset and like doing quick and efficient iterations. And if you want to impress us more, having an experience shipping for at least one AAA title with a significant contribution would be amazing!
