Job summary

Banque Nationale du Canada is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Scientist intern in Montreal to contribute to the design, deployment, and monitoring of AI agents on AWS. You’ll document behaviors and ensure proper operation of the agents in production-like settings.

You will join a multidisciplinary data team and collaborate with AI, data science, and technology experts to maximize data value and support digital transformation, while embracing learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document work independently.
• Interest in deployment and API integrations; AWS knowledge is a plus.

Your role

• Contribute to the implementation and operation of AI agents.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to properly documenting your work.
• Interest in application deployment and API integrations.
• Knowledge of AWS is considered an asset.
