You will influence technical direction and promote DevOps practices in a hybrid work environment. The role emphasizes back-end development, cloud expertise, and collaboration with service providers to advance the Intelligent Client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a related field, with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in back-end development using modern programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments and services (AWS, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools (infrastructure management, CI).
• Proficiency with version control and team collaboration tools (GitHub).
• Interest in artificial intelligence and automation solutions (Microsoft Power Automate, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).

Responsibilities

A career as a Lead AI Developer within the Commercial and 1859 team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in the development of advanced technology solutions. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the Bank's digital transformation by leveraging your expertise in back-end development, artificial intelligence, and cloud services. You will contribute to the evolution of a rapidly growing Intelligent Client Management and Enablement platform by automating and enhancing business processes across the organization.

The Commercial and 1859 Technology and Innovation Vice-Presidency is a group of specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a related field, along with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
