Job Description

ECS is seeking an ARPA-H Facilities Manager to work remotely. Please note: this position is contingent upon [contract award].

Skills

We are looking for a highly experienced Facilities Manager to support ARPA-H in coordinating space, telecommunications, safety, and timelines for facilities. The ideal candidate should have good rapport in dealing with the public, customer service expertise, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational and time-management skills. Responsibilities may include:

• Updating and maintaining emergency plans, floor plans, and other documentation used in emergency planning and response activities.
• Supporting property management and leasing activities.
• Providing timelines for relocation of research and administrative staff.
• Supporting renovation of facilities and installation of new utility systems.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $110,000

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a government space or R&D environment.
• Experience in property management and leasing required.

Desired Skills

• Experience with government building management preferred.
