Job summary

Compass Group Canada at Rogers Place is seeking a Concessions Manager to oversee concession stands, inventory control, and sanitation for events within the ICE District Hospitality program. You will coordinate product ordering, ensure displays, and uphold safety standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

You will lead staff, manage inventories, use Compass systems, and report on performance. The role requires flexibility with shifts, strong communication, and ProServe certification

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, associates and guests.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, math and basic computing.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, product ordering and sanitation for all concession stands and portable stands.
• Ensure displays and merchandise are properly shown in concession areas.
• Maintain safe, secure and sanitary operations per standards.
• Forecast staffing and schedule teams for events and ensure coverage.
• Provide daily reports and month-end closing information.
• Build strong relationships with clients, guests and Compass associates.
