Amazon Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of 50-100 hourly Associates in an on-site Ottawa facility. You will mentor, motivate and develop staff while ensuring safety, quality and performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will oversee shift patterns including nights, weekends and holidays, and participate in on-the-floor leadership, mentoring, and operation optimization. Extensive training and clear pathways to growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Oversee operations and ensure safety, quality and performance.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours and manage on-site activities.
