A leading company in the engineering sector is seeking an Area Manager for their Transportation department in Grande Prairie. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing teams, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Area Manager for our Transportation department, located at our Grande Prairie, Alberta office. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position will be responsible to assist in the delivery and coordination of Transportation related projects, in the North West Region of Alberta.
The Area Manager will provide operational and technical assistance to WSP Clients and will assist in coordinating project delivery requirements to ensure the successful delivery, management, and cost control of projects. The Area Manager will also liaison with other Disciplines and Business Units for the successful delivery of multi-discipline projects within the Region.
This position will require regular travel within the North West Region, often on short notice. It is required that the Area Manager reside in Grande Prairie or the surrounding area.
