Job summary

Eventscape is seeking a Project Manager to oversee architectural projects from concept through installation, coordinating fabrication and schedules with internal teams. You will manage contracts, resources, and budgets while maintaining strict quality control and clear client communication.

The role demands an architecture or engineering background and 5+ years in project leadership across construction-related industries.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a degree in architecture or engineering with 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating fabrication across metal, wood, solid surfaces (Corian), fabric and acrylic.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from concept to installation.
• Generate, review, and negotiate contracts to protect stakeholder interests.
• Determine resource requirements based on project specs and conduct research and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage design and fabrication timelines and address challenges.
• Implement quality control and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to set clear expectations.
