Job summary

Recruitment Partners Inc. is seeking a Design Manager to lead design coordination for commercial and multifamily projects.

You will supervise design coordinators, coordinate with third-party designers, and ensure timely delivery of design packages from inception through tender. This role requires a technical engineering diploma and 5–10 years in design management, plus strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in design management or coordination.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MiTek Structure & Engineering, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities
