Job summary
Staples Canada is seeking a visionary Director, Product Management B2B to redefine strategy, experiences, and capabilities for our business customers. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Developers with cross-functional partners to deliver a commercially viable product roadmap and elevate our B2B site experience.
You will collaborate with UX, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive Go-To-Market initiatives and platform enhancements, shaping the future of Staples' digital
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent; MBA is an asset.
- 7+ years in product management, B2B and ecommerce.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum from a Product Owner perspective.
- Experience with roadmapping tools and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the B2B roadmap with Digital and stakeholders.
- Lead PMs and Delivery teams to enhance, rebuild and launch capabilities on Staples digital properties.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales and Marketing to understand site needs.
- Work with Technology to plan evolution of platforms underpinning online experiences.
- Communicate updates to executive stakeholders; monitor metrics.
