Job description

The A&D Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing a territory strategy across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area to drive specification, sales, and brand growth of Miele luxury products.

This role plays a critical function in cultivating relationships within the Architect & Design community, developers, and builders. Serving as a strategic partner and brand champion, the Development Manager informs, inspires, and educates industry professionals through targeted engagement, presentations, and tailored events to drive sustained growth, secure single-family opportunities, and support multi-unit project success.

In addition to leading the GTA market, this role will also collaborate and support other key regions, contributing to national A&D initiatives, sharing best practices, and providing strategic coverage where required.

The role is highly visible and instrumental in positioning Miele as the preferred premium appliance brand across residential developments, custom homes, and design-led projects.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
