Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end invoicing, collections, and customer service. You will issue invoices, apply payments, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely cash flow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices and ensure invoicing completeness by month-end
• Mail/email invoices and reports to customers
• Follow up on collections to meet DSO targets
• Resolve payment discrepancies with internal operations
• Maintain customer records and respond to collection inquiries
• Assist during external audits and with ad-hoc AR reporting
