Job summary

Frontier Dental Supply Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivables and Payables Manager to lead the AR/AP teams across Canada and the U.S. This role owns end-to-end AR and AP performance, including collections, cash application, vendor payments, reporting and controls.

You will drive process improvements and automation to scale efficiency, develop KPI frameworks, and ensure strong internal controls. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AR/AP and prior leadership across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AR/AP with team leadership.
• Experience across Canada and US is an asset.
• Strong KPI and performance reporting for finance ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AR/AP teams across Canada and US.
• Monitor aged AR/AP and KPI framework; report to leadership.
• Oversee collections, cash application, and vendor payments.
• Lead AP software evaluation and implementation; strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with Sales to resolve disputes and align terms.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort.
